Kelsey Wells

With more than 1.7 million followers on Instagram, Kelsey Wells is an inspirational fit mama that clearly doesn’t require an introduction. After struggling with postnatal anxiety after child birth, Kelsey transformed her life upon discovering the mental and physical benefits of exercise. Her total life overhaul led to the creation of the PWR program (short for power), which is a weight training workout that helps women sculpt lean muscle and lift weights without intimidation.

Till today, Kelsey is one of the most sought after personal trainers for women all around the world, and she will be conducting a PWR Bootcamp for the first time in Singapore exclusively at FitnessFest by AIA!

Session: PWR Bootcamp, Main Stage

Inspired by Kelsey’s renowned PWR (short for Power) workout program featured in the number one health and fitness app – Sweat, during this 45 minute session Kelsey will take you through a challenging full body workout that will get your heart rate up and get your glutes burning, but will leave you feeling energised and empowered.

Jordan Yeoh

Hailing from Malaysia, Jordan Yeoh is no stranger to the fitness industry. With over 1 million subscribers on YouTube and the title of the #1 most influential fitness personality in Southeast Asia, Jordan’s meteoric rise is fuelled by his passion for helping people around the world to get fitter, healthier and ‘live the best versions of themselves’.

For more than 10 years, Jordan has helped countless individuals transform themselves and get fit with his signature program called Iron Master, the Ultimate Resistance Training Program. Sweat along with Jordan at the Main Stage for pro tips on how to get lean and strong, anytime.

Session: Activate Your Fat Burning Machine, Main Stage

Find out how you can active your body to burn buck loads of calories during and even after a workout! In this exclusive live session with Jordan Yeoh, he will take you through the exact exercises you can do to active your fat burning machine that you can perform anywhere, anytime to lose fat, get lean and sculpt the body you want. Class is open to all fitness levels.

Utah Lee

As a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, dance choreographer, business consultant and model, Utah Lee is a jack of all trades on a mission to inspire others to move, get active and achieve their fitness goals! In her capacity as a Nike Master Trainer, Utah teaches programmes like the Nike Training Club, among other classes like kickboxing, Zumba Fitness, Hip Hop/ Jazz Funk. The fitness veteran and mother of 2 also frequently fronts fitness and lifestyle campaigns online, using her platform to motivate her followers one picture at a time.

Session: Groovy Pop, Main Stage

Groovy Pop is a cardio dance workout that you can just come and learn cool dance routines. From basic step touches, box-step to The Hype to Orange Justice, HA! This class is suitable for anyone. If you ‘think’…you are not good at dancing, you would surprise yourself! Just come, enjoy the music and have a great time dancing with your friends!

Thicha Srivisal

With years of teaching experience and certifications under her belt, Thicha Srivisal holds on to a wealth of knowledge and expertise in Pilates, and is determined to improve the wellbeing of others with every class. She is also a STOTT PILATES master trainer, where she trains and certifies new instructors in Thailand and Singapore. Thicha makes it a point to stay abreast of the latest international practices to remain up-to-date, and borrows influences of Ballet Floor Barre and other movement studies to broaden her teaching.

Session: HIIT PILATES - Abs, Thighs & Butt, Main Stage

This class integrates the Pilates principles of control, balance and posture into a fast-paced, “fat-burning” workout, while targeting the Abs, thighs and glutes. You’ll mix graceful, ballet-inspired movements with traditional cardio favourites as you continually emphasize the core-strengthening elements of Pilates.

Roxanne Gan

Based in Singapore, Roxanne is a Full-time Yoga instructor who believes that Yoga is accessible to everyone, and that it is a journey of self-discovery, breaking boundaries and limitations set by oneself. Her ultimate goal is to help people feel good by encouraging them to take small steps to a fitter and healthier lifestyle. Join Roxanne at the Main Stage and challenge yourself to take your yoga practice to the next level!

Session: Vinyasa Flow, Main Stage

Vinyasa is a type of yoga that links movement and breath to attain balance in the mind and body. It aligns a deliberate sequence of poses with the breath to achieve a continuous flow.

Alison & Lisha

As former dancers, both Ally (Allison Carol) and Lisha Chin spent 8 and 6 years at the Singapore Dance Theatre respectively, where they both performed professionally and perfected their craft. Besides dance, the elegant duo are also certified Pilates instructors and have extensive experience teaching ballet and group fitness classes.

Session: BalletBody Classic, Main Stage

Train like a dancer with BalletBody! A unique ballet based workout created by professional ballet dancers, designed for all fitness levels, dancers and non-dancers. Sculpt, tone and lengthen your muscles with moves taken from a traditional classical ballet class with a touch of pilates mat work at the end!
