Fire is the source of all transformation in Yoga. This masterclass is designed to stoke the internal fire ‘Agni’ at our navel centre in order to explore our bondage to fear, attachment, ego and to enliven our inherent power. According to Hatha Yoga our unprocessed past experiences create density in our lower three energy centers limiting the flow of prana in the central channel of the body. Together we will feed this fire of transformation with a potent fire practice ‘sadhana.’ Expect to work with asana focused on the core hips and spine, inverted postures, deep pranayama, badhas, kriyas and meditation in an experience that will not only ignite your personal practice but will expand your self awareness in a way that will no doubt inspire powerful action ‘dharma’ in your life.

As a yoga instructor, Jyan has a clear understanding of the physical body and mental awareness that is rooted in the practice. Specialising in treating back care conditions such as scoliosis, she has helped people attain their goals through her customisable classes and extensive vocabulary to give each student the exact tools required. Paired with her dance experience, an elegant embodiment of movement and clear instructions are perfect for visual learners. She uses that as a foundation for her approach towards Acroyoga. To teach and learn from her students at the same time broadens her knowledge as an educator. She loves forging a connection with each individual.

MOTR FITNESS
MOTR or More Than a Roller, is an equipment that is modelled after a foam roller but made more fun and challenging! Made to be multi-functional with its detachable handle design, it also allows for multi-dimensional movement range, from dynamic to rehabilitative, to strength and conditioning to build longer, leaner muscles while toning and sculpting the overall body. Also modelled after a Pilates Reformer, but made mobile, it allows for movement to be done at a desired resistance, allowing for more awareness and targeted muscle engagement needed in certain injuries and conditions. This makes the MOTR a versatile equipment for all body types, injuries and conditions.

Boxing Fundamentals
The class is focused on learning proper boxing techniques. The class starts off with a review of the fundamentals; the punches, boxing stance, etc, then it moves on to application and some conditioning work.

Boxing Intensive
Boxing Intensive: With a little less focus on going through the fundamentals, this class would be great for those who are not entirely new to the sport. You will work to sharpen your movement and have conditioning work while at it.

Boxing Warriors
Boxing Warriors. This mass workout session will be a replica of our Fundamentals class. We will spend a little more time on learning the jabs, crosses, hooks, uppercuts, boxing stance and movement. We want everyone to practise the throwing punches the right way from the beginning.

Basic Muay Thai
An overview of what Muay Thai is all about. Join us to learn why Muay Thai is known as ‘The Art of The Eight Limbs’. Punch, kick, knee, elbow, block to one of the best workouts of your life. Technique aside, the key is still to sweat and have fun.

Hand Balancing Fundamentals
Balancing on your hands can be challenging without the correct technique, so this class focuses on building the foundation required. BOOM
Hit the bag in this music driven, high intensity boxing inspired workout. We’ll take you through exercises that’ll work your whole body and challenge your cardio, muscular and neural systems while improving your boxing technique.
