Thicha is STOTT Pilates certified in both level 1 and level 2 for mat and all Pilates equipments. She obtained her full Pilates certification through Polester Pilates and STOTT Pilates. She is also a STOTT PILATES master trainer, whereby she trains and certifies new instructors in Thailand and Singapore.
Her other accomplishments include being a certified master trainer for Antigravity® Aerial Yoga and Suspension Fitness in Singapore. She is also a certified in GYROKINESIS by Juliu Hoverth, the inventor of GYROTONIC system in Miami. In 2009, she was accepted by Juliu as a Pre-trainer in GYROTONIC.
Other movement studies and interests that have influenced her teaching include Ballet Floor Barre. She continues to stay abreast of the latest international practices to stay up-to-date and broaden her teaching.

This class integrates the Pilates principles of control, balance and posture into a fast-paced, “fat-burning” workout, while targeting the Abs, thighs and glutes. You’ll mix graceful, ballet-inspired movements with traditional cardio favourites as you continually emphasize the core-strengthening elements of Pilates.
