Sherilyn, Operations Executive of Boulder Movement, has been a movement enthusiast since 2007. Having recently discovered bouldering through friends, she believes that climbing encourages mastery over both the body and the mind. Drawing on her diverse experience from martial arts to Yoga, she aims to help everyone cultivate body awareness through movement; to ready both mind and body for life’s adventures, on and off the walls.
