Natalie joined Fitness First SG as a full-time group fitness instructor two years ago, wanting to share her infectious energy and positivity through group fitness classes.
Natalie is actively conducting Les Mills Sh’bam, Les Mills Bodycombat, Pound, Fitness First Signature Muay Fight Pro and Boom classes. She is currently the Shbam program coach and mentor with Fitness First SG. She is also trained in Zumba, Les Mills Bodypump and Les Mill Born To Move.
Music, movement, fun and sweat ignites her passion and sets her ticking. Be prepared to unleash your energy and groove as she leads you through her fun and high-energy classes. She loves seeing the happy beat to your feet and inspires to get everyone moving to a healthier, fitter lifestyle.
