Born in Singapore, Lisha started dancing at the age of 3. Trained at the Royal Ballet School and Central School of Ballet in London, she returned to Singapore to perform with Singapore Dance Theatre for 6 years. Since leaving the Singapore Dance Theatre, Lisha has gained experience teaching ballet and group fitness further completing her STOTT Pilates training in both Mat and Reformer.
