Laura started dance at 7. With her strong love and passion for dance, at age 14, she assisted her ballet teacher and 8 years later attained her Royal Academy of Dancing Teachers certification in 1996.
At 18, Laura got into the fitness world, seeing how it compliment with her training, she received her certification with Clark Hatch USA.
In 2003, being introduced to Yoga, falling in love with the practice, how much it benefits and compliment to dance and fitness, Laura chased her yoga 200hrs teacher’s training with Patrick Creelman at Pure Yoga, 2009.
A certified maven in dance, fitness, yoga, she has integrated all three forms, to her classes, projects, workshop and events.
