His broad experience in both Calisthenics and Gymnastics strength training has not only contributed to his all-round functionality, but also to his diverse knowledge in bodyweight training. We’ll walk you through a range of exercises – from simple things like building wrist strength and flexibility to holding a handstand against the wall – gradually raising the bar to advance your level of hand balancing. The goal is for you to gain not just strength, but also the tips and tricks to both stand and stay on your hands.
Exercise does not need to be very complicated. Using our own bodyweight combined with a few movements, one can easily get a great full body workout. In our Calisthenics 101, we guide you in using your bodyweight through a range of push, pull, core, and leg exercises. This class focuses on helping you build strength, improve your form and perfect your technique, gradually progressing to performing advanced moves.
