A decade ago, Jordan was this skinny scrawny kid who loves to drink, dance and party A LOT. As a result, his health, body and mind went downhill. This affected his confidence and self-esteem, and he was depressed, filled with negativity and doubt. Things changed dramatically when he started working out 5 times a week and started to eat right. A few years later, he saw massive improvements in my health and outlook and he conquered the negativity in many areas of his life.
Jordan is awarded the first ever “Best Hunk” in The Hottest Hunks in Malaysia 2011. He has been featured in Men’s Health cover for a few times. And today, he is also known as the no.1 most influential fitness personality in Southeast Asia.
