Johnathan first encountered mindfulness while writing his thesis on eastern philosophy. Since then, he has kept up a regular practice, attended retreats and struggled to contain his growing horde of books on the subject. As part of his journey as a Mindfulness Teacher, he has completed his MBSR fundamentals with the Umass Center for Mindfulness, and also the popular search inside yourself mindfulness program that started out at Google. While not having his nose on a book, he can be found on the mat practice yoga and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
