Aurelie grew up in France dancing ballet. Those 15 years of ballet practice taught her perseverance and helped her build core and lower body strength. Above all, she developed overall body flexibility that became her asset. She came across pole fitness by chance while seeking for a gym in Italy in 2016 and immediately fell in love with it. She’s always looking for new tricks and physical challenges. For her, pole is a way to connect back to ballet; she loves to work on her flow, lines and flexibility combos. She strongly believes that pole is a fun and efficient way of getting in shape, and it completely fits her active lifestyle.
